These terms cover movementizer.com and the same pages inside the Movementizer app. The publisher is KHARD HRIDAYA Inc. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Movementizer is a public registry. Each movement has a window. Scale is the last figure we have seen, not a prize. We do not award victory. The text on a window names the outlets it came from. Those figures can be late or wrong. Read the source before you rely on a number.
You may read the registry, open a window, and share a window link. Do not use the site to break the law, to pretend you are Movementizer, or to overload it so other people cannot open it.
There is no account. Recording and upload are not offered in this version. Do not send us video except by a way we publish on the site later.
The layout and the words we write belong to KHARD HRIDAYA Inc. unless a credit says otherwise. Photos are loaded from Wikimedia Commons under the license printed on the photo. Videos play from YouTube and belong to their channels. News links belong to those outlets. Their licenses and terms still apply. Sharing a window link does not transfer those photos or videos to you.
We can add, correct, or remove a window, and we can change these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the terms you are reading. If you keep using the site after we change the terms, the new terms apply.
The radar is offered as it stands. We work to keep it accurate. We do not promise that it is complete, that a window will stay available, or that the site will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, KHARD HRIDAYA Inc. is not liable for loss that comes from using the registry, or from being unable to use it.
